Globalflex® Diamond Line is an epoxy – ceramic putty, formulated to protect equipment from high abrasion produced by particulate material. Available in two versions:
HEAVY DUTY 0605
5 Kg. (11 Lb.) total.
FAST CURE 2807
3 Kg. (6,6 Lb.) total.
Both versions are composed of an Epoxy Putty “A” and a Hardener “B”, whose mixture protects worn areas, fills holes and cracks in thick surfaces, extending structural life.

Application on piping elbow that presented problems due to the abrasive power generated by the pressure exerted by the material inside.

MODEL SAMPLE
The Model presents a test tube of the epoxy-ceramic putty Globalflex® Diamond Heavy Duty Line, which shows the final finish of the product on a steel plate.
Excellent adhesion behavior on metallic structures and ducts in general. Its viscosity allows that when applied vertically or overhead it does not suffer runoff or detachment.
Small ceramic spheres, which can measure from 1 to 3 mm, whose function is to complement the epoxy putty for resistance to abrasion caused by the material.
