HIGH STRENGTH EPOXY
Gobalflex® Pulley Line 0557 Fast Cure is a high resistance epoxy putty, formulated to repair and protect against abrasion damage on smooth, ceramic and diamond pulley lagging.
It is composed of a FAST CURE “A” Epoxy Putty and a “B” Putty Hardener. The mixture protects worn areas, fills holes and cracks, improves surfaces and extends structural life.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Simulated application of Globalflex® Pulley 0557 Fast Cure on a steel surface similar to that covered by pulley lagging.
The objective of the application is to extend the structural life of equipment that receives high impact and abrasion due to its use in the material transfer area.

Model Nº 1 presents a central damage in the pulley lagging in which we will simulate the application of Globalflex® Pulley Line 0557 Fast Cure.

Model Nº 2 presents the application and final finishing of the high resistance epoxy putty Globalflex® Pulley Line 0557 Fast Cure in the central damage of the pulley.
Excellent adhesion behavior in metallic structures in general. Its viscosity allows that when applied vertically or overhead, it does not suffer run-off or detachment.
