EPOXY PUTTY - RUBBER
Gobalflex® Platinum Line is an epoxy – rubber putty, formulated to protect equipment from damage caused by high impact, abrasion, erosion and corrosion. Available in two versions:
HEAVY DUTY 2112
5 Kg. (11 Lb.) total.
FAST CURE 0511
3 Kg. (6,6 Lb.) total.
Both versions are composed of an Epoxy Putty “A” and a Hardener “B”, whose mixture protects worn areas, fills holes and cracks in thick surfaces, extending structural life.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Application of Globalflex® Platinum on a 1501 Southern ILO primary crushing discharge hopper.
The objective of the application was to extend the structural life of the equipment that receives high impact due to its exposure to material transfer.

SPECIMEN MODEL Nº1
Model Nº 1 presents a test tube of the epoxy-rubber putty Globalflex® Platinum Line, which shows the final finish of the product on a steel plate.
Excellent adhesion behavior on metallic structures in general. Its viscosity allows that when applied vertically or overhead, it does not suffer run-off or detachment.
The rubber purity fulfills the function of complementing the epoxy putty for resistance to high impacts, abrasion, erosion and corrosion caused by the conditions in which it could be applied.

SPECIMEN MODEL Nº2
Model No. 2 presents a specimen of Globalflex® Platinum Line epoxy-rubber putty with applications of hexagonal ceramics whose function is to complement the resistance to high impact and wear caused by the material under sacrificial surface conditions.
Hexagonal ceramics, resistant to wear and abrasion, are an excellent solution for applications in chutes and pulleys.
